if one has this property then he can take decision.

every one has it.

Let us understand by anotomy:

Chimpanzees have it . as research goes chimp has better decision making abilities in short game.

But human differs from it. human does understand the actions and plan reactions based on action and it's derivatives for future.

the human race had seperated out from chimp only because human has taken decisions based on actions for future.

Chimp for time being.

the other animals does not have that much brain also so they do not take any decision. they live in captivity.

so the final decions by me

if you do not take decison tehn you will be in captivity

if you take decision with out future idea then you are like chimp try to escape on every enentuality. never be in peace.

if you take decision based on derivatives of actions then you live as human.

so if you are thinking you are in human race then take decisions.
